My Prayer Language

We know God’s house has many rooms (John 14:2-3), which means there’s no “right way” to access and connect to God. In this lovely 2-color book, readers are introduced to various prayer rooms within God’s grand house. As readers learn about various ways to pray, from ancient chants and meditations to lectio divina and visio divina to centering and breath prayer, to embodied prayer, labyrinth walking, prayer journaling, and more, they will expand their prayer languages and find new ways to converse with God. Each entry explores a unique prayer technique and begins with a scripture verse, a reflection, and an action so that new prayer methods can be incorporated into readers' daily lives to help them grow their faith.
