Founded by the School of Theology at The University of the South, EfM has included participants from all over the globe in its mission to serve the Episcopal Church and other Christian denominations in seeking a deeper relationship with God. Maggie Taliaferro is a trainer for Education for Ministry (EfM), and the focus lead for their Communications Task Force.
Mary Ann Patterson graduated from EfM in 2009. She worked at School of Theology in Sewanee, Tennessee for 11 years as communications director and editor of the  Sewanee Theological Review.
Kevin Goodman is the executive director of the Education for Ministry (EfM) program. He has served as a mentor and trainer for EfM for over thirty years, and is an ordained priest. He has served as Associate Rector at All Saints’ Ravenswood and Associate Dean of St. James Cathedral.
